Job Seeker’s Toolkit Class
Looking for a job can be a frightening experience, especially for older adults. Prescott Valley Public Library is offering a free 4-week Job Seeker’s Toolkit class (Tuesdays) beginning on Tuesday May 2nd from 6-8pm. This course is about preparation and planning, finding your interests and skills, and the brushing up on computer skills you need to succeed in finding a job in today’s environment. This course will also introduce students to the realities of online searches, email communication, and social media networking. Registration is required. Please call Michele @ 928-759-6196. Prescott AZ features our 4th Friday Art Walk every month of the year showcasing regional & international photography, painting, sculpture, jewelry & wearable art! Meander the streets & courtyards to discover a virtual feast for the eyes & soul.
During the Spring & Summer months the 4th Friday Art Walk is held from 5:00 – 8:00 PM. During the Fall & Winter months the hours are 5:00 – 7:00 PM.
There is a lot happening in Prescott & we’d like to show it to you! Visit each month for the 4th Friday Art Walk & reception at many galleries!
