However, procrastinators should beware! Whiskey Off-Road registration is filling up quickly.
Would you like to see what the ride entails. Check it out here.
The race starts in Prescott’s historical (and sometimes very lively) Whiskey Row and climbing into the beautifully distracting views of Prescott National Forest. You can count on experiencing challenging and exhilarating singletrack and doubletrack, gravel road and some paved segments too.
During your time at the race you can also enjoy a fun three days full of event festivities. You might meet some of the coolest bike-minded people in the nation. The town will be filled with outdoor enthusiasts for sure.
The finish line for this race has probably never looked so good as this one has, with free live music at the downtown music festival and a gratis cold beverage from Four Peaks Brewing Company. Almost every participant finishes this race, though we can’t guarantee you won’t be tired at the end.
See some photos from the event in years past here. Please follow us on Facebook and post your event pictures here too.
We are sure you’ll have a grand time at the Whiskey River Off Road Race in 2017.
I hope you enjoyed this post and love the event.

The Big Sting – It’s a Country Thing
Shadows Foundation presents Big Sting – It’s A Country Thing 2016, Friday October 21st through Sunday the 23rd at Bumble Bee Ranch, 50 miles north of Phoenix. Big Sting is a country music festival featuring performances by Trick Pony, Aaron Watson, Shari Rowe, Matt Farris, Davey Arnold, Dylan Jakobsen, Tyller Gummersall, Drew Cooper, Michael Harter and Two Way Crossing. Big Sting distinguishes itself among other festivals by raising funds for Shadows Foundation, a non-profit founded in 2010 by Flagstaff KAFF radio personality Vicki Burton. Shadows Foundation is dedicated to providing services and financial assistance to northern Arizona residents battling life-threatening diseases. Big Sting’s weekend festival includes campsites, vendors, activities, black jack tournament and ORV riding off ranch premises. The festival site opens at 9 a.m. on Friday the 21st.
