Since many viewers are not familiar with the vocabulary, techniques and processes used in Fine Art Printmaking; the exhibit features a glossary of terms.
The art showcases an entire range of printmaking—utilizing age-old techniques like etching and drypoint, and also more contemporary applications such as Solarplate and digital transfer. The artists in this exhibit range from degree seeking art students to artists who exhibit internationally. They all have studied Advanced Printmaking at Yavapai College.
