Happy Labor Day Weekend from the Cody Anne Team!
It is always fun to look for family-fun things to do on a holiday weekend regardless of your age. So it is with great pleasure, we hope to help you find the perfect event for your family.
You might like arts and crafts, art work, sweet corn or an evening concert. We have good news, we have all of those things for you.
Today through Monday you can head down to Courthouse Square and see over 130 vendors (including 20 new vendors this year) at the Faire on the Square Arts and Craft Show. If you haven’t made it out the Hold Your Horses! Exhibition and Sale at the Phippen Museum you can check out these beautiful pieces of art and celebrate the life and history of the horse.
Most likely you’ll want to eat this long holiday weekend, so why not make it a sweet corn moment at the Sweet Corn Harvest Party Saturday and Sunday. This event is put on my Mortimer Farms and the Yavapai Food Bank.
And to rest and renew, you might want to take in some music in the StoneRidge subdivision showcasing Sky Daddy and the Pop Rocks.
Whatever event you choose to celebrate this long holiday weekend, have fun with those you love and be safe.
Enjoy,
The Cody Anne Team

Sunday, July 30, 2017 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Yavapai College Performing Arts Center
1100 E Sheldon Street
Prescott, AZ 86301
There is no doubt about it, when it comes to all around entertainment, there is nothing like the Prescott POPS Symphony and the POPS Chorus when they put on a performance of some of Broadways favorite musical songs. Under the baton of Darrell Rowader, the orchestra and singers will knock your socks off with Andrew Lloyd Webbers most stunning numbers, including Don not Cry For Me Argentina from Evita, Memory and Jellicle Ball from Cats the Musical, and Music of the Night from Phantom of the Opera. Step back in time to the music from two of historys most distinguished and prolific collaborative partnerships Rodgers and Hammerstein. You will get lost in the romance of People Will Say We are In Love from Oklahoma and Some Enchanted Evening from South Pacific, and you will have a hard time sitting still when you hear Shall We Dance from The King and I. Look to your Prescott POPS for superior entertainment and the sheer enjoyment that only music can provide.
Tickets: Adults – $25 Youth (18 & Under) – $5 Group discounts available.
