Shooting Birds: The Modern Naturalist’s Approach

Shooting Birds: The Modern Naturalist’s Approach

Although he began his dual hobbies of bird watching and photography only three years ago, Rich Lewis has gained local respect and notoriety as a wildlife photographer. In this free presentation, Rich will describe how birding and photography can intersect in the life of a naturalist.

Rich will also be leading a photography skills field outing on Saturday, January 16, from 8am-noon. Registration is available at www.naturalhistoryinstitute.org in the Natural History Store.

The Natural History Institute is located at 312 Grove Ave on the Prescott College Campus, off the NW corner of Sheldon and Grove. Once you see the large mural of local flora and fauna, you’ll know you’ve found us!
