Prescott Ranked #1 by American Lung Association

Prescott Ranked #1 by American Lung Association

Breathe it in! Did you know that Prescott is ranked at the top for cleanest air by the American Lung Association?

A report from the American Lung Association recently ranked Prescott as number 1 on its list of the 12 U.S. cities with the cleanest air.

That means that when it comes to “particle pollution” such as dust and smoke, Prescott’s skies are among the most pristine in the country.

The local area comes out ahead of cities such as Farmington, N.M.; Cheyenne, Wyo.; Casper, Wyo.; and Flagstaff – all rounding out the top five.

  • Prescott ranked #1 for cleanest metropolitan areas in the country for 24-hour particle pollution
  • Prescott ranked #1 for cleanest metropolitan areas in the country for annual particle pollution

Pretty amazing! Just one of the many, many reasons Prescott is one of the best places to live!

We enjoy our fresh, delicious smelling mountain air every single day.

So now, on top of being one of the cheapest places to retire (Kiplingers) and a top destination (Trip Advisor) we are also the place where you can breathe easy — Prescott, AZ.   Now it’s time to pack up your kiddos, spouse, furry friends and friends! Tell Grandma and Grandpa to get out here too!
